My version of Oven BBQ spare ribs is simply barbecued spare ribs that is cooked by baking and broiling. It is a very easy recipe, but very yummy because I used San Pedro Bbq Sauce Atbp, my new best friend in terms of bbq sauce. ^_^

Sharing with you the recipe and hope you try it soon Mommies! ^_^

  • 1kilo pork baby back ribs
  • 1 bottle (250 ml) of San Pedro BBQ Sauce Atbp.

  1. Marinate the spare ribs for at least an hour
  2. Cover the spare ribs with aluminum foil
  3. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
  4. Bake in preheated oven until tender and cooked through, about 2 hours.
  5. After baking, drain all the sauce from the spare ribs and place them in a sauce pan.
  6. Cook the drained sauce until texture becomes really thick.
  7. Using a basting brush, paint the sauce on the spare ribs
  8. Place the oven to “broil” mode then broil the spare ribs until the color of the painted sauce turns dark brown. Do not cover the ribs with foil this time.
  9. Remove the Oven BBQ Spare Ribs from the oven then serve. Share and Enjoy!
Note: you can baked marble potatoes or corn for side dish.

San Pedro BBQ Sauce Atbp

After 10 years of testing, San Pedro BBQ Sauce at Iba pa! has finally engaged in sharing their delicious blend to the public.
It was initially an attempt to come up with a small business of selling barbeque on the streets until people started requesting for buying marinated meat whenever the BBQ store is closed. This triggered the idea of selling the yummy fusion in a bottle.
Salty and sweet with a kick of pepper is the best way to define the San Pedro BBQ Sauce ATBP! experience.

San Pedro BBQ Sauce at Iba Pa is also ideal for stir fried noodles. Will try that soon!

Directions for Use
One bottle of San Pedro BBQ Sauce Atbp! can be used for a max of 1 & ½ KG meat.  You can use pork, chicken or steak.  Pour in 2/3 of the thick sauce to the meat for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight.  Mix the remaining sauce with a small amount of cooking oil and use it for basting.   Turn and baste it on both sides while cooking.
Some have tried using it for shrimp dip or as ramen sauce but Salmon is the most recent successful combination.   That’s the reason why we named it “San Pedro BBQ Sauce at Iba pa!”.    You can experiment on whichever food you want to use it with.
We will donate 5 pesos for every bottle sold to cancer patients.
Shelf life is 1 year.
