Foundever in Palawan associates participate in one of the organization’s wellness activities under its EverBetter program
It’s the Philippines’ time to shine and banner Filipino pride at the ongoing global Foundever Games 2024 organized by Foundever™, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry.
For six months, starting February 1 until July 31, the Filipino contingent of Foundever will give their all-out, wholehearted effort to win in various challenges that test their mettle, skills, heart, and determination. The Foundever Games are our unique spin on this age-old tradition by adding our own mantra, which is ‘Every Step is a Victory’,” said Willy Lim, Vice President for Human Resources, Marketing and Talent Acquisition at Foundever in the Philippines. He added that “Every Step is a Victory” is “the beating heart-and-soul of the Foundever Games; a reminder that every effort, big or small, is a step towards personal and collective victory. It’s about cherishing each moment, each challenge and the unbreakable bond we share as a global community.”
The Foundever Games places each contingent of associates per country in a six-month journey where they compete to finish ten challenges across twelve disciplines. The event culminates in a month-long inter-country competition. More than 170,000 Foundever associates around the world are participating in the six-month stretch of challenges, in an international arena that showcases not only physical fitness, athleticism, and sportsmanship, but also wellness, togetherness, camaraderie, and personal growth.
Always ready to compete with all their heart, the Filipino contingent is determined to prove themselves worthy to carry the torch for the Philippines. “Of course, we are all rooting for Team Foundever Philippines to give their best during the Games and to showcase the importance of wellness, excellence, and camaraderie in our globally connected world,” said Lim. Winning wellnessTrue victory at the Foundever Games, however, is not simply about winning badges and medals, and the glory of competition. Rather, it is part the EverBetter Program, designed to foster physical and mental wellness as a way of life, and integrated across all the Foundever workplaces—for the benefit of all employees.According to Roger Durán Hernández, EverBetter Communications & Adoption Manager at Foundever, the EverBetter Program always finds ways to create engaging and unique activities that motivate employees to practice wellness both in their personal lives and their workplaces as well—with the Foundever Games being a prime example.

Positive impact: customers and employees Hernández also explained that both Foundever employees and customers benefit from the EverBetter Program.
“By promoting employee wellness and fostering a positive work environment through such initiatives, employees are likely to be more engaged, motivated, and satisfied in their roles. This can lead to improved customer service as happier and healthier employees are more likely to provide better service to customers,” he said.
Foundever employees have been enthusiastic about participating in the Foundever Games. In January 2024, prior to the games, the adoption rate was 43.1% and the engagement rate was 11.8% among active users.
